Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Pooldar consumable credit purchases made through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

1. Apple processes purchases and refund requests

Pooldar credit purchases on iOS are billed and processed by Apple. Refund eligibility and approval are determined by Apple under Apple’s applicable refund process and law. Pooldar cannot promise that Apple will approve or deny a refund request.

2. How to request a refund

Users should request an App Store refund through Apple’s official refund process or through any Apple-provided in-app refund flow that Pooldar makes available. Pooldar will not require a user to surrender legal rights or complete unnecessary steps before requesting a refund from Apple.

3. Consumable credits

Credits are consumable digital items. Except where Apple approves a refund or applicable law requires otherwise, Pooldar does not separately issue cash refunds for Apple-billed consumable purchases.

4. What happens after an approved refund

If Apple notifies Pooldar that a credit purchase was refunded, revoked, or reversed, Pooldar may revoke unused credits attributable to that transaction or correct an erroneous grant. Pooldar will not intentionally create a negative credit balance solely because of an ordinary Apple-approved refund unless the user has separately agreed to such a mechanism.

5. Failed or missing delivery

If Apple shows a successful purchase but Pooldar does not grant the purchased credits, contact verification@pooldarapp.com. We may request transaction information needed to investigate and restore a valid purchase. Do not send full payment-card information.

6. Refund abuse and fraud

Pooldar may investigate repeated purchase or refund abuse and may take reasonable account or security measures consistent with applicable law and Apple’s rules.
